Chromite sand production process
1. The chrome ore raw material (which has been crushed into powder in South Africa) is washed and processed with the purpose of screening the particle size with a drum screen and removing mud and impurities;
2. Dry raw materials to remove moisture;
3. The dried raw materials enter the vibrating screen to screen out the particle size required by the customer;
4. Conduct magnetic separation on the screened particles to remove iron and silicon; after magnetic separation, the chromium content reaches more than 46% and silicon is less than 1%;
5. Packaging of finished products.
